Presenting the Freelancing model in Iran's sports industry

Abstract

The current research aims to develop a freelancing model in Iran's sports industry. This research is practical in terms of its purpose, and in terms of the type of strategy, it was carried out using a qualitative method. The socio-statistics of this research include 19 experts in entrepreneurship, management, and sports management. In-depth and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The grounded theory approach and Glazer's emergent approach were used to analyze the data. Coding was done in three stages coding, central recording, and selective (theoretical) coding and the research components were identified. In the open coding stage, 145 codes were extracted, 41 codes were extracted in the axial coding stage, and 10 codes were extracted in the selective coding stage at three macro, medium, and micro levels. The research results indicate that at the macro level of cultural, political, social, economic, and legal factors; and at the middle level, education, technology, and media factors; And the micro level, behavioral and psychological factors are effective. Therefore, based on the factors and sub-components identified in this research and considering the unemployment rate among the graduates of sports science and physical education, it is suggested that managers and administrators take an effective step towards improving the employment situation with coherent planning and benefiting from freelancing capacities. And take entrepreneurship in the country's sports.
